Altered Space: A Breathwork & Sound Immersion

  • Namaha Yoga 521 East Peach Street, Ste B Bozeman, MT, 59715 United States (map)

Step into Altered Space, a co-facilitated journey of gentle somatic embodiment, conscious connected breathing, and immersive sound healing. Guided by Jessie Solon and Brody Johnson, this experience invites you to reconnect with your body, settle your mind, and open to your own inner wisdom.

The evening begins with gentle somatic practices that awaken and inspire an intentional dialogue between your body and feeling senses. Through conscious connected breath, you’ll explore deeper states of presence, unlock habitual patterns, and create space for clarity and renewal. Immersive sound frequencies then carry you into a rich, restorative state of integration, relaxation, and rejuvenation.

This workshop offers a supportive space to explore your inner landscape, repattern belief structures, restore balance, and cultivate greater awareness around who you truly are. Participants often share that they leave feeling more present, clear & connected, and deeply attuned to their own inner compass.

We invite you to join us in this immersive experience of embodiment, breath, and sound- an opportunity to reset, recharge, and step into a renewed sense of self.
