Fall Equinox: Kava + Sound

  • Ekam Yoga 9 East Main Street Bozeman, Montana United States (map)

KAVA | ‘AWA (the Hawaiian word for KAVA, pronounced ah-vah), The PLANT OF PEACE: 'Awa is revered as sacred, used in ceremony, in council, and for conflict resolution. It is known for its soothing and calming properties and has been used for 3000+ years for spiritual connection and enlightenment. It is a way to connect with our ancestors, the elements and inner truth. Kava has been called the root of happiness and the “plant of peace” and supports us in moving anything out of the way that is blocking us from accessing a state of true inner peace, offering us the inner spaciousness so we can access clarity, trust and awareness to cultivate inner and outer peace.

FREQUENCY SOUND IMMERSION: Enter a timeless space of listening as Jessie facilitates deep states of relaxation through the intentional use of overtone rich sound healing instruments including crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, a symphonic gong, bells & chimes, wave, and monochord. The layering of these sound elements will offer lasting vibrational rejuvenation that will encourage a tangible shift in perceptual awareness, as well as an increased sense of nourishment and well-being.

Join Tammy Czapp + Jessie Solon at EKAM YOGA Studio for a beautiful evening of connection honoring the fall equinox. Through the use of rejuvenating sound frequencies, combined with the calming effects of the KAVA, we’ll go on a journey together illuminating inner peace, clarity and dreamtime activation.
